N I raised my head to hear Mrs Siasau shout out the beginning of the race."On your marks!" I puffed, and listened "Get set!" My head is dizzy, I really dislike running up hills. I don't like running hard or up hills and that's exactly what we are doing today.
I'm just around the corner when I see an orange piece of clothing ands a sprinting somebody trying to get past me. No, I reject losing today. It is Palu. I then started running faster, then my current pace.
"Go!!" It echoed through the hall in my head as I started to run. Running past Mrs Stepanicic, sprinting down the path, past the next teacher, onto the soft, wet grass past miss miller and onto the muddy, sloshy, squishy mud landslide, and past Mrs Blampeid.
I ran up the hill; trying to grab the cones in each step I took. I heard Miss Kavermann encourage me to run,I'm just streaming away from the people behind me getting up to my third lap, and then i hear that we all finished. What! I was nearly finished and had been thrown away. Perfect. I decide to do as she said.

About 8 minutes later...
I'm walking slowly up the bank, to the cheer of Miss Kavermann voice trying to encourage me to keep going. I ignore her focusing on myself.
I see everyone screaming, shouting, squealing and screeching with all their voice boxes might. Ah, I nearly finished onto my fourth lap, but escape the party with a measly 3 laps. I wish I could of kept running, but at the same time, don't. I enjoyed today by a thousand, and the best of all 3rd place was Mary Mackillop! Yay! What a great day we had today!
